We then work to give you preliminary sketches according to your specifications.

Once settled the architect will prepare your blueprints and off to the mill we go.

Many of our clients have come to us because they too are tired of seeing metal structures dotting the landscape. What most people do not initially realize is that they can build an all wood building that adds charm and aesthetic appeal for not much more than a traditional metal structure.

At Christopher's Beam Barns, we offer all barn or building packages with any changes that our clients desire.

There are many choices of manufacturer's at this time. We invite you to compare. You will find no plywood or Tl-ll in our lumber packages. Our amish mill cuts to specification. Not many offer the ability to customize and certainly not at our prices. Our plans incorporate true 8"x 8" beams; tongue and groove roof deck, flooring and siding. Lofts are complete with 4"x 8" beams, spindled railings and custom detailing.

Surprisingly affordable and versatile. Our strucures are not much more than a metal pole building, you can own a rustic, classic all wood barn or structure that will increase your property value and last for generations to come.

We have several designs as you will see. The living quarter barns vary in the size of living space and of barn space. We can customize any of our layouts to your specifications. Our pricing for these barns specify what is included with the package. Our option page will assist you in choosing what you would like to have included in your particular design. We also have an accessory page for those items that will help in adding charm to your new structure.

Any of our structures can be modified to suit your needs, whether it be a barn, home, vineyard, airplane hanger, equestrian center, party center or an outbuilding.
