Our small Post & Beam Barns are designed with a narrower profile for more of a utility or hobby use and can be fully customized to meet your needs. Every Classic Beam Barn gets a custom floor plan layout specific to your needs, and that’s included in the standard cost!
Optional Customizations may include sidewall height, roof pitch, column placement, loft area, cupolas, porches, shed roofs and dormers. Just let us know your needs.

Beam Barn Kit Purchasing Terms
Buyer understands that the lumber package will arrive on a flatbed semi-trailer and that it is the responsibility of the Buyer to unload same. A forklift and qualified operator are recommended. Due to the nature of milling and assembling a custom wood product there will be NO refunds of any deposit amounts. Any damaged material MUST be reported upon receipt of package as a claim will have to be filed with the carrier. Estimated time of delivery will be approximately 4 – 6 weeks from return of signed contract

We cannot warranty or guarantee the use of our blue prints or barn kits and the end result in any way shape or form.
