A combination riding arena and barn that is 110 x 228. This plan features a 160 x 100 indoor arena and the barn is 100 x 228. There are 20 - 12 x 12 stalls, several wash racks, a viewing room and tack rooms. The second photo shows the aisleway into the arena.

Southern Delight
This barn has been designed with warmer weather in mind. Each stall has it's own suite upsatairs for tack. There is room for a couple of chairs on the balcony and then it's up to you to invite some friends.
This 24 stall barn has a areas for multiple horses to be tacked up and groomed. There is enough space for lots of friends and boarders. There is ample space for the gathering area and a 1/2 bath. The loft will hold a seasons hay.
Riding Arena
This 75 x 200 arena is a sturdy, warm structure. Beautiful wood beams spanning across the area that you and your friends will ride in. Kickboards that are 5'6 " made from pine add a perfect aura of warmth. A viewing area can be attached to this arena or we can attach one of the barns that you select. We can widen or lengthen this structure to fit your needs.
