The Homestead has 960 Sq. Ft. of living space below and a possible 330 Sq. Ft. available in the loft area. You can leave this area completely open or use 1/3 - 1/2 of the available space, (leaving the great room open above). This area can also be made into a partial loft that covers the kitchen and porch area and has a door for access into the barn loft. You can still have that open look while adding a bedroom and bath. This area can also become a full loft and accomodate two bedrooms and a bath. In this case it would cover the great room however you'll have plenty of ceiling height on the main floor for that an open feeling. The eave is 12'6" in height. Total dimension 40 x 72.

The barn area can be utilized for six horse stalls with a wash rack and tack room or as a 7 stall barn. 4 bays are 12 x 12 and the other 4 are 12 x 14 with a 14 foot aisle way. The Homestead's Little Brother

The exact copy of The Homestead however has two stalls and a wash rack and tack room or can be used as a four stall barn.

 

The rear view and another option for the floorplan and layout for the interior of the barn. There is room for whatever you would like in the 330 Sq. Ft. loft area. We recommend that you leave the area open over the family room for that open feeling.

Home Again

Perfect for those that wish to be close to their horses. Our structure calls for a heart warming fireplace in the living quarters and has 1180 Sq. Ft. of living space downstairs and the possibility of up to 860 Sq Ft. in the loft. The barn can hold up to 6 horses with a wash rack and tack room. We can customize to your specifications.

This combination living quarter barn is just plain nice. Easy lines with charm and grace. The living quarters measure 1400 Sq. Ft. downstairs with the possibily of 1180 upstairs.

 

The Mountaineer

This beautiful living quarter barn allows you to be close to your loved ones and your horses. The gables in the upper level help give an open feeling upstairs as represented in the open floorplan on the main floor. A handy mud room divides the barn from the home in the lower level. You will be proud to call this post and beam structure home. There is 1980 Sq. Ft. of living space down and up to a possible 1152 Sq. Ft. up while leaving the family room open from the upper level.

Over the Top

This structure has the living quarters on the upper level of the barn. In this structure that measures 40 x 72, there is 1920 - 2480 Sq. Ft. of living quarter space of living space on the top level of the barn. Hay storage would be seperate if utilizing the entire loft for living quarters. In some areas they will not grant a permit if there is hay storage in the loft next to living quarters.

Just beautiful. You will be proud to stand and look out in nature with this living quarter barn. This plan features a 40 x 72 barn and has the living quarters above. As with Over The Top, this barn has from 1920 - 2480 Sq. Ft. of living quarter space. Outside access to the loft gives a feeling of being seperate from the barn. Easy access to feed the horses. The barn has 12 - 12 x 12 bays. Split them up whichever way you'd like. Possibly 10 stalls and a wash rack and tack room. Beautiful exposed beams lend that Colorado feeling to this structure.
